« Abstraction, Remote Controls and Service... | Main | Threat Modeling »

Congratulations to the Shibboleth Team on the release of Shibboleth gryphon2.0.  This version provides support for SAML 2.0 as well as integration with most major identity stores, including Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP-compliant directory services, and JDBC-compliant databases.

For those not familiar with this fine piece of open source software, Shibboleth is a "... standards-based, open source middleware software which provides Web Single Sign-On (SSO) across or within organizational boundaries. It allows sites to make informed authorization decisions for individual access of protected online resources in a privacy-preserving manner."
