I am currently in the process of reviewing some material for the PAG on Security Engineering.. In short how to bake in security practices into the development life-cycle. Keith has a blog entry about this as well, so I won’t repeat it here. What I will say is that this is a very approachable and readable material that is targeted at the developers who work in the trenches.  I am very much looking forward to this. A good jumping off point for the Security Goodness that the PAG is putting out is http://msdn.com/securityguidance

During the MVP Summit, the developer security MVPs such as myself, had a chance to spend some time with Michael Howard, the author of “Writing Secure Code”. He is currently working on a book on the Secure Development Life-cycle which I am very much looking forward to reading as well.
