Earlier this year, Microsoft did a whole month of webcasts that dealt with Interoperability. They now have an archive of those webcasts linked from one location.  Here is the description:

"Focus on interoperability through this series of webcasts. Discover why it matters to your business, learn common strategies and methods, and obtain guidance on specific implementation scenarios between the major platform players. See how Microsoft embraces interoperability on many levels—through our products today, with the new generation of XML-enabled software, through technology and IP licensing, and in our partnerships with companies that are dedicated to helping software products work together.

Webcasts are organized by job role and platform, allowing you to navigate to the webcasts that address your specific interests."
